Matt Disher

Subject Matter Expert/Facilitator

I started my professional career as a recruiter in a high volume organization. This experience and the ones that followed allowed me to gain and grow expertise in recruitment and talent marketing, SEM, employment brand, targeted media/social media, and CRM systems that allow for large reach of the right people. In some cases I've taken that experience to help companies large and small realize the value of overlooked talent; marginalized groups and non-traditional candidates. A diverse talent pool means more than just different faces in the workplace - it should be a cross-section of your client base and that of your total population. The people working among you should be the same representation of those in society. And within these different groups, if employed properly, you will have vast diversity in experience, education, expertise and ability - just like society. I have created, bolstered and led national and global recruitment programs involving high-volume recruitment to specialty programs from niche groups. Leading programs in Healthcare, Skilled Trades, Management, Executive, Corporate Services and among the military/veteran population, college recruitment and among people with disabilities - I focus on what works, track the numbers and turn up the volume. I am a self-proclaimed Talent Marketing Pro, dipping my foot into marketing and recruitment platforms initially out of necessity, but then out of experience - to create great results every time.
